Dr Rajesh Sikka is a Professor of Practice in Operations & Supply Chain at Indian Institute of Management Jammu.
Dr Rajesh Sikka brings a blend of industry experience and academic expertise spanning over three decades across Automobile, Telecom and IT Services, a unique mix of practice based knowledge for executive guidance for scaling businesses, strategic advisory & consulting, as well as capacity building, training and educational initiatives across diverse corporate landscapes. After his role in industry in senior management positions, he has been in academics, having teaching and training experience of more than 4 years in FMS University of Delhi, IIFT, IMT Ghaziabad & Fore School of Management.

Dr Rajesh Sikka has worked in leadership roles in various capacities with Ericsson India, and in Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Motors to name a few. He has a strong track record of executing strategic goals, managing operations & supply chain, and driving business transformation initiatives. His expertise includes providing strategic advice on business transformation, leading M&A’s as well as establishing, scaling and optimizing supply chain and operations through adoption of innovative digital technologies. He established India Operations of an MNC from start and scaled to a thriving organization having captive capability and resource centres. He led seamless transitions and integrations post M&A in two MNCs. Dr Rajesh Sikka successfully established two Off-Shore Delivery Centres thereby doubling the existing offshore delivery capabilities.

Dr Rajesh Sikka completed his B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering and Ph.D. from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Dr Rajesh Sikka has been a visiting Faculty at premier management institutes viz. Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) University of Delhi, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad and others. He was also Professor of Practice at FORE School of Management.

Dr Rajesh Sikka has delivered several management development programs, leadership seminars and lectures in various areas like Artificial Intelligence in Supply

Chain Management and Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Analysis and Strategic Management among others. He has also been a coach and trainer to budding Entrepreneurs and Startups.
